Summer Camp Refund Policy
What if I need to switch between camp sessions?
Switching between camps is allowed when there is availability. A 2-week written notice is required before the registered camp date. An additional fee will be charged based on the camp costs. Switching between programs will result in an admin fee of $30 per change.
What if Challenge School cannot open in-person camp due to San Mateo Health County Guidelines?
Challenge School reserves the right to cancel or change schedules due to unforeseeable circumstances such as enrollment thresholds or guidelines from San Mateo Health County. Parents will have the option to switch onsite to online classes or withdraw with a total refund. Please refer to Challenge School Sick Policy.
What if I want to cancel an online or onsite camp?
Cancellation Policy: $50 Non-refundable cancellation fee for each session when canceled before 5/1/2026. 25% cancellation fee when canceled between 5/1/2026 to 6/1/2026. No refund after 6/1/2026 except the situation mentioned above. Early bird discount may not apply if changes after 3/1/2026. ( Challenge school reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.)
